Use of "Cookies"

Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. For instance, we use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

We may contract with third-party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser (like Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer) settings. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies. If you turn cookies off, you will not have access to many features that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly. However, you can still place orders over the telephone by contacting customer service.

All You Need to Know

All our products sold on this website are covered by our warranty.

Our standard warranty for all models is twelve months from date of receipt (unless your online order clearly states differently).

The warranty covers the hardware of the unit although is limited with consumables such as batteries (see below). Our warranty does not cover any problems which arise through misuse or accidental damage, or any damage incurred by a third-party. Please note that the warranty will become void if anyone but CheshireMacs tamper with any components unless upon instruction by ourselves.

BATTERIES

In regards to the batteries we test to make sure that they are functioning and performing correctly on arrival. If the status moves to 'Replace Now' or 'Service Battery' within 3 months of arrival we will change the battery under our warranty. After 3 months we can offer to install a new battery at cost price.

NEED SUPPORT?

If you have a problem please contact us as soon as possible with your order number (or the name/email address you used to order if you can’t find it)
and/or the Serial Number of the unit (found on the underside). We are able to resolve many problems over the phone, or by remotely accessing your computer, please just contact us on 01625 415088 or via email on info@cheshiremacs.com.

In some cases (where original manufacturer’s warranty exists) it may be resolvable with them. However, rest assured that we will of course assist you with any information you may require and will contact them on your behalf. Our aim is to offer full support to ensure the smooth running of this process.

In the first fourteen days we will collect the unit from you via courier. After this period the cost of returning any item will fall to the buyer. If you are not able to send it back yourself we offer a collection service for £15 (which is the cost of the collection service from our courier). Please note that in all cases you must ensure that your unit is packaged safely.

All units will be returned to you free of charge.

In the event we are not able to repair any fault we will replace your machine with the same or higher specification.
