All You Need to Know

Refund policy

We want you to buy in confidence from CheshireMacs so we want to make things simple for you; we are a distance seller and therefore are reliant on Couriers/Postal Services to ferry goods back and forth so please bear this in mind. Our phones/email/chat are manned 9am-5pm Monday - Friday if you have any questions please get in touch. 

Please ensure that you have a full backup of all your data/programmes before you send you unit back to us - we may not be able to guarantee to keep your data in the event your machine needs to be replaced.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Please note that in the event that we need to send you a replacement we will need to receive the goods back from you before we can despatch another unit. 
 

If you wish to cancel your order:

Before we've despatched it - please call us and let us know as soon as possible 

Once despatched you have fourteen days of receipt notify us that you no longer require your order. 
Please call  [01625 415088] or email info@cheshiremacs.com with your order number and we will issue you with an RMA number so that you can return the item to us. You will be refunded in full for the cost of your order for our Refurbished items. Any Brand New Sealed item that has been opened will incur a £125 open box fee.

Problem with your order? 

If you have a problem with your order please call us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the fault. Depending on the issue we may be able to resolve it over the phone or arrange for the unit to be collected from you. Please call [01625 415088] or you can email info@cheshiremacs.com 
If you have received a unit that develops a fault during your warranty period please contact us to resolve. 
Any physical defects please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item, anything physical that happens after this time will be deemed to have been caused by the buyer. This can include damed screens, keyboards, cables or ports.

Warranties: 

  Our standard warranty applied is twelve months to all hardware unless otherwise stated  (please see our warranty page for full details)

Warranties are Return To Base, this means after 14 calendar days it is the customer's responsibility to return the unit back to our premises (SK9 5JH) in the same way as you would have return an item to a physical shop.

We will Repair/Replace your order and ship it back to you as quickly as we can, aiming to be no longer than seven working days of receipt.
