Shipping policy

We offer free and fast shipping by DPD local on all orders in the UK. Your order is processed and shipped either the same or next business day. Orders are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm) only. We sometimes have to use other courier companies if required.
You will automatically be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. If the tracking number is non-active, please allow a few hours for the carrier to update the tracking status. All deliveries require an adult signature for delivery.

Which Couriers do you use?

We use www.dpdlocal.co.uk for 99% of orders.

What is your cut off time for same day shipping?

Any orders made by 12 noon will be sent out same-day.

Can i redirect my order or request it to be left in a safe place?

Yes you can change this yourself once the item is in transit using the notification you receive, but any insurance for loss of item is forfeited.

When will my item be delivered?

Our free next day service is delivery by 12 noon (Monday-Friday and covers UK Mainland, some remote areas, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will take longer)

Can i request Saturday Delivery?

Yes, there is a charge of £15 for Saturday delivery which can be selected at the checkout

Can i Collect the item?

Yes, our shop is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and collection can be made in these times, just let us know when to expect you and we will have it all ready.
